Mr. Zhang has been engaged in intellectual
                        property law since 2007. As an examiner, he has been
                        engaged in patent examination and other work in the
                        CNIPA for 13 years. He once served as deputy director of
                        a local intellectual property office, responsible for
                        intellectual property strategy promotion and service. As
                        a lawyer, he worked at Fairsky Law Firm and joined
                        Unitalen At Law since 2022. 
Mr. Zhang has presided
                        over many patent infringement lawsuits, administrative
                        lawsuits for patent invalidation, unfair competition
                        lawsuits, software copyright infringement lawsuits, and
                        patent reexamination and invalidation cases. The classic
                        case of malicious intellectual property litigation he
                        represented was broadcast by the CCTV Legal Channel. In
                        the cases he presided over, he was not only able to
                        build litigation strategies through the reasonable
                        organization and use of evidence, but also good at
                        coordinating and balancing infringement litigation
                        procedures with title confirmation and invalidation
                        procedures to maximize the rights and interests of the
                        client. In addition to litigation experience, he also
                        has the experience of providing clients with high-value
                        patent development, FTO analysis and avoidance
                        suggestions, formulating corporate intellectual property
                        strategic planning, building corporate professional
                        databases.
